This course offers an awareness of the issues involved with fall protection. A focus on the best practices in fall protection and the need to protect workers at height highlights this informative training course. Participants are introduced to the legislation governing fall protection as well as the components of a fall protection system including body support, anchorages, connectors, and rescue.
This course is designed for individuals working at height.
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will receive a certificate acknowledging they have met OSHA, ANSI, and CSA requirements as an Authorized Person.

- Local governing regulations relating to fall protection
- Traditional fall protection, such as handrails, guardrails, etc.
- Fall restraint systems
- Fall arrest systems (including anchors, body support, connecting components, and the importance of a rescue plan)
