Safety Essentials Elements Maritime Security Awareness Español [SE-MARSECS] is part of the Safety Essentials Suite. This training uses adult learning theories and engaging curriculum to familiarize learners with maritime security, MARSEC Levels, and Maritime Transportation Security Act [MTSA] cybersecurity standards. Learners will be informed of the importance of recognizing, preventing, and reporting security incidents. Key terminology is presented in both English and Spanish to support translanguaging, helping learners connect concepts across languages and strengthen understanding on the job.
