- Safety Essentials/Safety Enhancer (SE-SAFE/SE-SAFER) OR ARSC Basic Plus or ARSC Basic Plus Refresher*
- Social Security Verification (SSV)*
- Contractor Company must be on Ashland's Authorized Contractor List*
*must be completed prior to taking course
