Course Description:
This course is required for ALL persons receiving a Safe Work Permit (SWP) at Dow Texas Operatons. It is also required for contractors who receive a “transferred” permit of any type. This course covers the following: Definitions, Receiving a Safe Work Permit, Execution of a Safe Work Permit and Close-out of the Safe Work Permit.
