3. Dow SCO Scaffold User (08SCOSU)*
4. Dow SCO Three Points of Contact (08SCOPOC)*
5. Dow SCO Hand Held Portable Tool Standard (08SCOHHP)*

Testing Opportunities: six times per year.
Please note that a trainee with a score of 0% does not fail this course. A score of 0% means that the trainee does not agree to have their personal information processed and will opt out of driving any Dow owned/leased vehicles. Any trainee who opts out will not get this code printed on a card.
