Beginning October 1, 2025, all contractors entering GBR must have Safety Essentials/Safety Essentials Enhancer (SE-SAFE/SE-SAFER). This means that beginning October 1, 2024, anyone with an expiring BOP must renew their PSM training requirement by completing Safety Essentials.
