Course Description:
This orientation will review and explain the basic duties, safety hazards and responsibilities of the spotter, equipment operator and traffic flagger. Topics include:
-Internal traffic control plans
-Blind spots
-Spotter and operator communication
-Hand signals,
-Electronic monitoring systems
-Hazard recognition
-Line of fire
-PPE
