TURNAROUND LEADERSHIP

LEAD's Turnaround Leadership is a one-day class designed and developed with the input of both the contracting community's advice and site owner's expectations. You'll get the opportunity to work with seasoned facilitators on tasks designed to help you be a step-up crew leader in as short a time as possible. You'll be drilled in owner expectations and get to practice fundamental leadership principles through exercises created specific to turnaround scenarios. LEAD's Turnaround Leadership course is the perfect way to start your leadership journey.
