Eligibility Requirements: First time Valero Wilmington Badge Applicants, or those who have not had a badge within 3 years are not eligible to attend this training and are required to attend Instructor-Led Site Orientation (SSW) at the Valero Wilmington Refinery.
Exception: The SSW (Instructor-Led Site Orientation) program will not be required for those individuals that are scheduled to actively work in a turnaround if they are on site only for the duration of that turnaround. Individuals in this capacity will be allowed to attend the OSCA training for Site Specific to enter the Valero Wilmington Refinery.
